Brief Description
I began with a clear problem: frosted windshields in the morning consume precious rush hour time and increase the risk of accidents if not defrosted properly. To solve this problem, I structured my steps into a clear 3-stage plan.

The first stage included collecting data to fully understand the issue, such as surveying drivers and car manufacturers, analyzing the windshield market to assess business potential, and conducting competitor analysis to define the product’s value proposition.

The second stage involved researching anti-frost windshield technologies to inform product feasibility, using the research to design 10+ prototypes, and testing the prototype variations in controlled environments.

The third stage, which is ongoing, focuses on creating a data-driven 5-year business model, developing strategic partnerships with automakers, and maintaining its competitive advantage through patents, continuous R&D, and process improvements. ​​​​
